Learn to Love... Budgeting

Image thanks to D Sharon Pruitt

A few days late but it is finally scratched off, packed up and sealed with a kiss for your downloading pleasure - it's the second in my 'Learn to Love...' podcast series! (If you're a newbie to Charade and have no idea what I am jabbering on about right now, you might want to read this.)

This time I'm talking about money management and how you can, not only get to grips with it, but start a love affair that will last a lifetime. Here's a teaser:
Your world won’t come crashing down if you don’t start a savings account, and you won’t live a life of sorrow and torment because you don’t have a budgeting spreadsheet that you check religiously – I’m not trying to say you won’t get by without budgeting, but do you really want to ‘just get by’? I, for one, want more.

If you’re far too familiar with that ‘end of the month’ feeling and tired of the lack of freedom that comes with tight finances; if you want to be able to travel, to buy your own home one day, and feel comfortable and secure, whatever the world throws at you – then better budgeting may be just the answer you’re looking for...
♥ ♥ ♥

This won't cost the earth, and remember that 20p from every single sale will go to the Look Good, Feel Better cancer support charity. It could just be the best £1 you spend all month... Well, here's hoping!

I managed to download the whole folder this time!

Great as usual - I've actually been almost emptying my account into my savings on payday for a few months now and it really is a great saving strategy :)

Hi Megan, I´ve listened to the whole thing twice, and will definitely listen again -- many times ! You´ve struck the heart of the matter, addressed my psychological attitude towards saving and spending. Very solid and sober advice there, thanks. Now I actually think budgeting is sexy... finding my own budgeting style should be a breeze !
I´m thinking of buying your first podcast too, although I don´t really have a problem with waking up early, but this one is so good that I want to miss anything !
I´m already awaiting your next podcast !
